Just basic defense. Learning to handle myself, ya know?

Also some training in using your environment, and leverage and momentum.

Depends on what kind of milkshake flavor is your favorite.

It helps. It's like the game at Coney Island where you have to hit the bell. It's about leverage more than strength, making gravity do the work for you. Which is a good thing to keep in mind when you're smaller than your opponents.

My favorite milkshakes are the chocolate malteds from Eddie's.

Yeah. The idea is to maximize your options and use their size against them.
And you know, my bestfriend's taller and athletic, so until I figured out how to fight, I couldn't put a finger on her.
